All orders are processed upon receipt, and shipped out either UPS Ground or USPS mail, within 72 hours of the first business day after the order is placed.   By selecting "Rush Processing", your order will be shipped out UPS Ground or USPS mail within 24 hours of the first busines day after your order is placed.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by toolsandmore.com credit and fraud protection department.

E-mail confirmations of sale are automatic, and do NOT indicate that your order has been processed for shipping.  If we are unable to process your sale for any reason, you will be notified via e-mail within 2 business days of when your order was placed.

All orders are shipped either UPS Ground, or US Postal Service. Orders are shipped from several warehouses across the United States, when possible we ship your order from the closest warehouse to save shipping time.

We ship to all 48 states within the Contiguous US.  We currently do not have the ability to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  We do not accept any International Orders. We do not ship to Hotels or Non-Public mail facilities (i.e. Mail Boxes Etc.).

You can cancel the order process at any time by viewing the contents of your shopping cart, changing the quantity desired to 0, and clicking the Update button.

Your items will remain in your shopping cart for that session before you leave toolsandmore.com.

Toolsandmore.coms credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products that we offer. However on occasion, we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, toolsandmore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, toolsandmore.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Toolsandmore.com is a reseller to end user customers, and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by toolsandmore.com. Toolsandmore.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed within states that currently have a Tools & More! retail outlet. Please see our Store Directory for detailed list of these states. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
